Qualitest Pharmaceuticals has issued a recall of Butalbital, Acetaminophen, and Caffeine tablets that were incorrectly labeled. The bottles were found to be labeled as Hydrocodone Bitartrate and Acetaminophen tablets. Taking Butalbital unintentionally could result in adverse side effects.
